An entire medieval Tuscan village — 1,800 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and cypress alleys surrounding a 14th-century castle. Castelfalfi is TUI Blue's most ambitious project: a fully restored borgo where guests stay in historic stone cottages and villas while enjoying a championship golf course, a cooking school in the old mill, and a wine cellar beneath the castle tower.
