EDITION Residences Miami Edgewater is Ian Schrager's residential project on the bayfront in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood — a 56-story tower combining branded residences with a hospitality program drawn from the EDITION hotel playbook. The property is expected to open in late 2026 to early 2027. While the building is primarily residential, the EDITION-branded amenities (restaurants, spa, pool deck, member services) operate at the standard of the hotel brand and short-term occupancy options through Alfred's concierge program may be available. Edgewater itself sits between downtown Miami and the Design District, immediately on Biscayne Bay with views back to the downtown skyline. The aesthetic, from architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia and interior designer John Pawson, is white-on-white minimalism.
