Shelborne By Proper is the renovated 1940 Shelborne Hotel, reopened in 2024 under the Proper Hospitality umbrella. The original Igor Polevitzky Art Deco architecture has been preserved on the exterior, with interiors fully redesigned by Kelly Wearstler in her signature warm-toned palette of terracotta, brass, and ochre.
